Politica de Confiden\u021bialitate (GDPR) \u2013 Pacii Car Wash<\/h2>\n\n

1. Operatorul de date<\/strong>
\n Operatorul datelor cu caracter personal este SC Pacii Car Wash SRL<\/strong>, CUI\/CIF 43615980, J25\/31\/2021, cu sediul \u00een Drobeta-Turnu Severin, str. Pacii, nr 1 BIS.<\/p>\n

2. Date colectate<\/strong>
Colect\u0103m adresa de e-mail \u0219i num\u0103rul ma\u0219inii.<\/p>\n

3. Scopul prelucr\u0103rii<\/strong>
\n Datele sunt utilizate exclusiv pentru a gestiona rezervarea (confirmare, reprogramare, inform\u0103ri legate de program). Nu folosim datele \u00een scopuri de marketing f\u0103r\u0103 consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt explicit.<\/p>\n

4. Temeiul legal<\/strong>
\n Prelucrarea se bazeaz\u0103 pe executarea m\u0103surilor precontractuale la cererea persoanei vizate (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. b GDPR) \u0219i pe interesul legitim de organizare a program\u0103rilor (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. f GDPR).<\/p>\n

5. Durata p\u0103str\u0103rii<\/strong>
\n P\u0103str\u0103m datele pentru maximum 12 luni<\/strong> de la data rezerv\u0103rii, dup\u0103 care sunt \u0219terse sau anonimizate.<\/p>\n

6. Destinatari \/ \u00eemputernici\u021bi<\/strong>
\n Datele pot fi g\u0103zduite de furnizori IT (hosting, e-mail, SMS) cu care avem acorduri de prelucrare conform GDPR. Nu transfer\u0103m date \u00een afara UE\/SEE f\u0103r\u0103 garan\u021bii adecvate.<\/p>\n

7. Drepturile persoanei vizate<\/strong>
\n Ave\u021bi dreptul de acces, rectificare, \u0219tergere, restric\u021bionare, opozi\u021bie \u0219i portabilitate, \u00een condi\u021biile GDPR.
